Why I built this

While studying business law and working in several companies I quickly noticed a gap:

contracts are everywhere, but the tools around them are outdated, fragmented, and slow.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts required too much manual work and switching between systems — even for straightforward cases. At the same time, most AI tools I tested weren’t built with legal workflows or data protection in mind.

That’s why I built this product: an end-to-end AI workspace for contracts, designed around how legal teams and SMBs actually work — and hosted entirely in Germany, so sensitive data stays in Europe and privacy comes first.
