Many of the tools they make are helpful due to cross platform integration..
our company can ready documents and link those to defect tickets and userstory seamlessly..
For me, the best knowledge base software is Confluence!
Great ecosystem for team collaboration and team sharing. Only complaint is how non-intuitive the permission sharing is.
