@montverde Hi Luke - great question! The case you highlighted, if Asmi needs to fight a chargeback, you just need to pass on the relevant info via text, a screenshot or a quick call . It will quote the same facts to the bank and resolve the issue. It does not need your personal card information or any access to your financial accounts. It is built to resolve issues with the information you choose to share with it. Hope it clarifies your doubt.

Fantastic idea. I was just thinking that something like this would be damn helpful. However, can you work on the sync? For some reason, it is not able to sync my contacts very well.

@mehulmishra6 Thanks Mehul. We have not yet enabled the contact sync feature as we are privacy first and we do not ask for any permission or access to your personal data to get Asmi to work for you. User has options to share the contact details over chat (iMessage or WhatsApp), and Asmi saves it for all future references after that.

@igorsorokinua Hi Igor - Asmi works very similar to a human personal assistant. Just that it’s more efficient, multi-lingual, and can handle hundreds of tasks in parallel.
If any business or person refuses to talk with an AI, we do respect their choice. Asmi comes back to user with the exact situation and can share the contact details with the user for them to call the business directly.
