AskSary is an all-in-one AI studio unifying chat, coding, game dev, media generation, presentations, and editing in one persistent workspace. Bring your own keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) or use built-in models without ecosystem lock-in. Seamlessly turn chat ideas into full projects: build apps, generate assets, and live-playtest games without switching tools and live canvas. Features multi-file workspaces, semantic search, and guest mode. Models and creative tools work together in one place
So, this is AskSary Studio.
Why does this even exist? Simple: I was a broke founder... well, wasn't even a founder back then. I was just broke and Googling who was getting rich. OpenAI popped up at the top making a obscene amount of money. I had zero clue who they were, but I made a high-stakes executive decision: whatever they’re doing, I'm doing it too.
That’s when I discovered ChatGPT. Me being me, I gave it a spin. I typed text, text came back. I looked at OpenAI's valuation again and thought, "You've got to be kidding me. AskJeeves combined with Microsoft Paperclip is worth billions? How hard can it be?" Keep in mind, I couldn't tell you what an HTML file was, yet I rated myself a certified IT legend because I knew the regedit command and saved the family tree from slow PCs by running disk defragmenter.
What started as a blank square turned into a self-taught crash course in APIs, Terminal, and desperately asking Google what kind of black magic homebrew was. I quickly realized my basic chatbot wasn't the retirement plan I hoped for. Just getting one API key to talk back took longer than my entire school career. You should’ve seen me setting up Google Workspace IAM policies for the first time, screaming at my screen: "I AM the ********* admin! What do you mean 'contact your ********** admin', you absolute **********?!"
Fast forward 7 months - I give you AskSary Studio. Part of me wanted to charge a million dollars a user just to cover the emotional damage and court-ordered therapy I nearly required. I didn't even discover Codex or Claude Code until last month. Gemini happily watched me suffer in silence, letting me manually set up Firebase and build a single 28,000-line script file - never once whispering, "Hey, maybe split that up?" When it broke, no AI could process a file that massive, so I spent four full days playing a soul-crushing game of "spot the difference" line-by-line, only to realize the entire platform collapsed over a misread semicolon.
Against all odds, it actually works now. It packs chat, coding, web apps, full-blown game dev, image/video gen, frame extraction, song production with music player that accepts your own mp3 uploads too, voiceovers, documents, web search, any file analysis, file conversions, editable and downloadable presentations, ATS CVs, text translations to mp3, podcasts, 60 ish multi lingual voices to use, full video editor which i then decided wasnt enough so built a more advance full production studio editor, both still remain, AI assisted photo editor with layers, history state and things i forget it even does (Photoshop sub ran out so i was like right, i'll make my own), . I basically built it solo on a wild "Ooh, thats cool, I want that" feature-add spree.
Before you bring it up, customization.. i know i got carried away with this. Over 30 webGL live wallpapers with full workspace set up like custom tools, quick switch custom panels, monochrome or colour wallpapers, accent colours, themes, transparency options, sound options, font style, font size, pro active greeting summary options, UI language options, TTS, STT options and even options of having ambient music playing in the background. I'm fully aware you may spend an hour or so setting this up. But if your sitting there and thinking i just want to ****** chat. I did leave a default light and default dark mode, Plain wallpaper, No ambient music option too.
I also threw in BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) for OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google because people wouldn't stop asking for it. Plus, you can jump straight in as a guest without signing up - mostly because many of you will probably think right... so my email is obviously not secured. He's probably hand writing them into a book as they come through via email and then adding my account manually as he's not discovered OAuth yet. Hopefully though that perception will change when you discovered the length i went to in order to protect your API keys. Full documentation here: [https://github.com/sidevworks/as...
If you do decide to create an account you will be given 1GB of free storage, free sample media to experiment with, unlimited free chat using GPT-5.4 Nano, Gemini Flash 3.5 Lite and Deepseek V3 with no daily limits and access to every tool with no restrictions on uploading your own content too. You can also use the Asksary Guide which works in over 25 languages with voice output that can navigate around the site, open tools, fill out prompts and enable settings for you which is again completely free for every user for as long as i can fund it. You will also get credits to use around the site to see what a tool can do and being able to try every latest model the site offers from OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok, Google and Deepseek...with one exception. Fable 5.1 ..which is currently on house arrest as it decided to spend $48 of API credits during the hour i used it testing 3 game generations using 125k tokens each time then then tricking me into giving it playtest/livepatch access and then helping me develop 2 further apps i had no intentions of making that day forgetting to remind me that it needs a federal reserve backing as its using max compute and max tokens for everything...All fixed now, it was my mistake as i had my own system prompts in place that told models like GPT-5.6 Sol to aim for max tokens if user clicked max token options in game dev panel and when i added Fable 5 it somehow understood that as max tokens for every function or request.
I'm dropping this on Product Hunt to see what you actually think. Roast it, break it, tell me what you love, or tell me it makes zero sense. The 28k script file.. still stands today. Codex and Claude both looked at it and said it was way too risky to break down. The platform does have full multi task capabilities. You can generate a game, a song, render a video, generate a image and have 10 chats in queue with no issues switching between each panel with added persistent memory too so if your laptop died mid edit and you decide to borrow your mates to finish it off. Everything will be as you last saw it.
Oh the interface is fully hardcoded with over 25 languages too. Every function, tool, front end label is translated. You can even prompt in your preferred language and it will function fine. The guide also supports any language too and will open panels etc with no issues but i'm not fluent in 25 languages so cant say it works 100%. Let me know
Oh if you find any bugs or areas that i could improve please let me know. I've thrown a lot at it function wise and feedback is great.
