The open source, self-hosted, AI-native productivity platform you self-host. Dozens of built-In modules and build your own In minutes - no coding needed. Full data control. Fully extendable. Completely yours.

I started coding with AI quite a while ago, originally to build a simple personal task manager. Over time, it evolved into an absolute powerhouse app with dozens of modules, including a task manager, document repository, knowledge base, contact manager, fitness tracker, HYROX trainer, finance manager, trip planner, shipment tracker, AI chatbot, daily journal, and more.
I call it ARI, and it runs and manages my life.
It's self-hosted, open source, and AI-native. It runs locally, but I also host it online so I can access it from anywhere.
The tech stack is solid and performant: Next.js, Supabase, Drizzle ORM, Better Auth, shadcn/ui, Tailwind, TanStack, Framer Motion, Three.js, Leaflet, AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, and more.
But that's not where the magic is.
The real power comes from deep integration with Claude Code, including custom skills and custom slash commands. This integration means you can easily build entirely new modules without knowing how to code. If you need a custom module to manage your schedule, help plan an event, organize a conference, or plan a vacation, you can create one in minutes. It's absolute magic.
People I've shown this to has asked if they could use it, so I've been slowly preparing it for a general release.
You can vibe-code software without ARI - so what's the value of using ARI?
If you've tried to vibe-code software you actually want to use, you've probably discovered that you need to figure out where the data is stored, how to setup authentication, how to ensure it is secure, how to build an API layer for integrations, and more. ARI provides the robust, secure, and performant foundation you can build on. This lets you focus on creating the features you want instead of worrying about the underlying technical architecture. And because it's open source and self-hosted, you have full control over it.
ARI has deep integration with Claude Code. Just type /ari-create-module and Claude code will walk you through the process and interview you to help build exactly what you want. Try it out!
Every module you build is completely self-contained in its own folder, which means you can zip it up and send it to a friend or colleague. All they need to do is drop it into their ARI instance, and it will work out of the box.
ARI also comes with a Module Library where you can download additional modules. We'll continue adding new features and modules over time.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I have and that it earns a place in helping you do your best work and live your best life.
I suggest starting by exploring the documentation to understand the core concepts behind ARI and how to get the most out of it.
