Argos is designed to be the security middleware that developers actually want to use, sits perfectly in your stack. It takes just 8 lines of code in your backend immediately without much hassle Just run npm install argos-sdk and add 8 lines of code in your preferred language (Go, Python, TypeScript, PHP, or JavaScript). With Integrated AI models that will add next gen protection

Hey Product Hunt! I’m Mohamed, the CPO and co-founder of Argos.
Building and scaling APIs is exciting. But picture this: you've just finished working on your API, tested it locally, and the results are amazing. You get excited to share it with the world, but suddenly—bam—you've been hit with an assault of XSS, SQL injections, and generally weird, malicious traffic.
Not so exciting now, is it? We were tired of flying blind with clunky security tools, so we built something better.
Argos is designed to be the security middleware that developers actually want to use. For our initial rollout, we are providing a robust, frictionless WAF that sits perfectly in your stack. It takes just 8 lines of code in your backend to catch the bad actors that, for some reason, want to kill your excitement. (Honestly, the internet can just be like that sometimes.)
But blocking traffic is only half the battle; you need to see what is happening.
Here is what you get inside Argos today:
Easy to Install: Just run npm install argos-sdk and add 8 lines of code in your preferred language (Go, Python, TypeScript, PHP, or JavaScript).
Core Protection: Instantly block XSS, SQL injections, and malicious payloads without the headache of managing endless rule sets.
Visibility Dashboard: Monitor your live traffic and view highly detailed logs of every single stopped or blocked request.
Full Control: Take complete charge of your application's access. Need to instantly block specific malicious IPs or restrict certain traffic? You can do it right from the dashboard.
And another thing to be excited for?
We are actively building and testing our intelligent AI models, which will integrate directly into Argos to analyze application business logic and catch complex, logic-based attacks that traditional rules miss.
Join the Early Adopter Waitlist!
We are currently in our trial phase and are opening up our waitlist to the Product Hunt community. If you apply today, we will be rolling out invites and personally provisioning accounts so you can test drive the dashboard and middleware, join our waitlist now for a free trail
Feel free to check out our documentation for the full technical details, or head over to our blog section of the site to learn more about security and how our product solves your issues
We would absolutely love your feedback. Check out the site, join the waitlist, or just drop a comment discussing the idea and if it would help you out. Tell us about the most frustrating WAF headache you’ve ever had to debug... and who knows, we might just add a feature to fix it!
Hey Product Hunt! I'm Essam, CEO and Co-Founder of Argos.
Quick story on why we built this:
A developer I know spent 6 months building his SaaS. Three weeks after launch, an attacker found a SQL injection in his search endpoint. They had read access to his entire database for 11 days before he noticed not because of a missing alert, but because there was no layer watching in the first place.
That's the gap Argos fills.
Argos is built for two kinds of teams:
The solo developer or startup who just shipped something they're proud of and wants to know it's actually protected without a DevOps team or a security budget.
And the company that already has a security team because even the best engineers miss things. A human reads 90% of the logs. Argos reads 100%. Automation never skips a line.
Here's what we're launching today (Tier 1 live on production):
→ alot of attack types blocked automatically: SQLi, XSS, RCE, SSRF, Path Traversal, Command Injection, NoSQLi, XXE, Header Injection, Deserialization, IDOR and more
→ Per-IP auto-blocking with configurable duration
→ Full audit log + live traffic dashboard
→ SDKs for TypeScript, Python, Go, and PHP and more SOON
→ 8 lines of code. Zero infrastructure changes.
What's coming next (Tier 2 in active testing):
Behavioral AI that learns your users' normal patterns. Login from London at 9am, then Australia at 10am? Flagged. Not a rule actual anomaly detection trained on your traffic.
We're personally onboarding every team that joins during early access. No automated queue you apply, we reach out, we set you up.
Happy (and safe) shipping,
Essam

Hey! I'm Yusuf. the CTO and co-founder of Argos.
Excited to finally share what we’ve been building. As Co-founder and CTO, my focus has been on ensuring our architecture scales as fast. We’re moving at high velocity—expect the official Go and PHP libraries to drop later this week.
We’re already shifting focus to expand our SDK ecosystem with C#, Java, Ruby, and Rust support coming next. Beyond the tooling, work on our core AI engine is officially underway. We’re just getting started
