Hi Product Hunt, I'm Pavel, the maker of ArchiBoard. Before building it, I did procurement for real interior projects, and my week looked the same every time: an Excel estimate, a second sheet for orders, a folder of supplier PDFs, and a chat thread where the client asked which sofa we had agreed on. Nothing was connected, and I never knew my real profit until the project was over. ArchiBoard puts it in one place. Estimates are built room by room, with RRP, trade discount, cost, markup and profit on every line, while the client PDF shows only the columns you pick. A Chrome extension clips products from any supplier site. The procurement timeline tracks order, payment, production and delivery dates. Clients get a link, no registration, and approve or reject items. There is also an AI assistant that reads receipts and supplier quotes. The Free plan needs no card. I would love honest feedback.
