Our journey began with a simple idea: consolidate the information online and save everyone’s time. The urgency of this issue has increased due to the significant challenge posed by AI-generated SEO content, which complicates the process of obtaining accurate search engine results. This product has been a concept of mine for a decade, ever since AlphaGo's victory over Lee Sedol. However, it only became feasible with the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs). I'm delighted that the product I've dreamt about, alongside the vision of a semantic internet that Tim Berners-Lee proposed several decades ago, is now achievable. Arbor's key features: ✅ **Aggregated Summary**: Summaries from all articles on the same event. Read the points all articles have in common. ✅ **360 Summary**: With our AtomiClustering, our proprietary set of deep learning models, Arbor can highlight the differences between articles, allowing you to focus on the key insights. ✅ **Cross-Language Updates**: Enjoy global non-English articles in English — from K-pop to world sports like La Liga. Provides local insights on global events. ✅ **Topics**: Follow what matters to you, with no noise. 10k topics and still counting. @gaby_korablyova we plan to extend to sources from more languages and multi-media formats, and to generate summaries in more languages and multi-media formats. This multi-to-multi product roadmap will form as a core philosophy in our mission to reindex the internet bit by bit. We of course need to scale up our matching system and we realize there’s fundamental fallback in the classic recommendation feed. Stay tuned! We are announcing a novel approach to this issue soon.

@nastya_leb we break down videos into section summaries of roughly 1-3mins long, so you can read the summaries first and skip to the section you’re truly interested. It works particularly well for hours long product launch from OpenAI or Apple, and those podcast/ interviews which you probably are not interested in everything.

@ivo_ivanovski Yes! It's a priority for us. We're excited to bring you more localized content and are working hard to make our recommendations even more personalized, taking location into account. What kind of local information would be most helpful to you?

@ivo_ivanovski yes! that's in our pipeline. Localization is key and it means two things here -- both recommendation and in/output languages. If you take a look at Laliga or K-pop, you would realize that we're getting authentic original sources in Spanish and Korean and got them translated to English. We are stably translating major languages into English, and we're training new models every month to expand this coverage to other output languages too.

thanks @bonvisions ! Tell you a behind-the-scene story of the name and logo -- we believe knowledge should be like a tree. All knowledge should be able to get to its root or be branched out and extended indefinitely. That's why we take the word arbor as our brand name, which the verb arborize means branching out like trees. The logo takes a similar concept too.
