Applysis is a data analytics tool, helping businesses owning mobile applications to analyse customer reviews efficiently, in a matter of minutes. With the help of AI we detect concrete problems and most requested features.
Looks cool -- best of luck with your launch!
What sort of volume (downloads, active users, etc.) does one need for this type of platform and analysis to start producing meaningful data? I assume the sample size needs to be large enough to get interesting... and if you've got ratings and reviews trickling in at a rate of a few a week there just may not be enough data?
Hey @james_simmons, thanks for the very interesting question! 👍 You are right, more data we have, better results we provide. And it is more about number of reviews and its quality, rather than downloads or users. We can provide meaningful data starting from 150-200 reviews, but one can always analyse competitor and remain competitive on the market. 👍
@shalva_avanashvili Ah... analyzing competitors is a cool angle that I hadn't though of. Thanks! We're getting to the "meaningful data" range, will certainly check it out!
Sure @james_simmons, let me if you need any assistance, I will be happy to help 👍

Hi @shalva_avanashvili! Nice idea. Who are your target customers, in terms of who would you recommend it for? Well-established e.g. game apps or apps that were just recently launched? And why?
@dr_dani thank you for your comment! We target medium sized companies and ideal user is Product Owner from the mobile team. But Applysis can be used for analysing competitors, so early stage startups can use it as well.

Interesting product. Do you plan to do sentiment analysis for different platforms? Like reddit or twitter for example?
@giorgi_sheklashvili currently we only support Play store, App store and custom csv file upload, but in the future we are planning to analyze hashtags from social media

As operations lead of software development company, I have seen dozens of projects where Applysis would be so great. I mean, clients are always focused on receiving good software, but are less experienced in what to do after go-live, how to collect data and how to make decisions on further development.
@shalva_avanashvili one question, does Applysis have some kind of API to show output from it into our freshly developed custom application?
@archil_varshanidze thank you for the sharing your insights. Great question indeed, we have the API in our roadmap and we do believe it can bring new ideas and use cases how our data can be visualised, since each company have their concrete needs.

The idea seems quite useful for analyzing customer reviews. Also, it is interesting how AI can detect problems in different languages other than English.
@nino_obgaidze thank you for your comment! We are using AWS neural translate services which gives us the opportunity to detect issues with almost same precision as english reviews 👍

As a marketer I constantly need to be in sync with our end users. What they think and use our product. How is the latest feature received and what are the pain points to tackle next. Really convenient to collect the feedback in seconds!
My favourite part is the auto translation the non English reviews!
Definitely a game changer for us!
Good luck!
@marie_jaksman thank you for sharing your angle how Applysis can help you. We are more than happy to assist you on your daily pain points! 👍

Seems very useful all in one tool for any company that don't want to spend much time and human resource to analyze all the reviews they receive. The fact that it can also detect potential bugs is amazing.
Good Luck ;)
