What do you think? …

@malaparte - I like the idea of a weekly digest of design inspiration, delivered to your inbox. Rarely will I remember to visit a site like this.
Ben Munson
Probing question: are any of these designed well for visually-impaired people? Or children? Or middle managers? Doesn't target audience matter when talking about "well-designed", functional applications?
Ryan Hoover
@munsonbh - you're touching on a topic @padday brought up a few months ago in his piece, The Dribbblisation of Design (http://insideintercom.io/the-dri...). Context and the "why" is obviously important but often missing in "design porn" sites like this. Which is fine IMHO, as long as the viewer recognizes this.
Ben Munson
Yeah, I read that back then and said "thank you" in my head. It comes with being over 30, being less and less interested in pixels and more interested in people. I personally want to make the cathedral stand up and hold the attendees, not illustrate the front facade. But to each his own.

@rrhoover @munsonbh I just posted hunie.co which seems like it'd have been here before. I know the founder doesn't like it, but I describe it as being Dribbble for designers—in that it's actually a place for critique and discussion about design goals and execution. I haven't been too active in the past few months but it's a strong community.
Ryan Hoover
Nice! I'm actually surprised Hunie didn't get posted earlier. @themadray is on Product Hunt, met him at one of @TheNickFrost's Designer Potluck meetups ~year ago.

Just stumbled across this. There are several beautiful apps here. It's similar to UX Archive (http://uxarchive.com) and @williamchanner's Panda (http://usepanda.com).
