If you're tired of using your messy spreadsheet to keep track of your job applications this is the tool for you. Aplicate gives you an unlimited manual kanban board, and application analytics including a sankey diagram to see exactly where your pipeline is failing. It will also feature an automatic email sync where your applications status is grabbed directly from the email. As well as automatic parsing from job boards. (Waiting for verifications to complete for that to be available)

Im the creator of Aplicate. I used to have (probably like a lot of you) a google sheet full of my job applications that I would have to manually update everytime I got an email from an employer, that was both time-consuming and just annoying (altough necessary).
I built Aplicate to fix this, I wanted something calm and clutter free where users can view their job applications all in one spot cleanly.
Right now, we have our core free features which allow you to create unlimited applications, and manually move them through the kanban board, these features will remain free forever. If like me you're already using an excel sheet or google doc we make an easy drag and drop box to automatically put all your existing applications into Aplicate.
As soon as Google and Paddle decide to verify my app, you will have access to the (paid) extension, which allows you to parse a job listing right to the app! AND the automatic email sync to move the status of an application automatically.
