Amy an AI sourcer for recruiting agencies. She learns what a company needs, searches across LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Scholar, and anywhere else on the web for people who may be a good fit, and explains why. She sends personalized messages, follows up, handles replies, and sends interested, qualified candidates to the recruiter.
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Symion, Co-founder of Jellyfish.
I started Jellyfish after seeing how much time recruiters lose turning client notes into searches, updating requirements as they change, reviewing profiles, writing outreach, and chasing replies.
So we built Amy, an AI sourcer for recruiting agencies that works exactly how a human recruiter works. Amy understands the client brief, finds hidden talent, explains why each candidate fits, runs personalized outreach, handles routine replies, and hands off qualified candidates to the recruiter.
Amy handles the repetitive work so recruiters can focus on building trust and closing great candidates.
I’d love your honest feedback. What part of sourcing takes the most time for your team?

I’d never use this. AI can’t spot culture fit. It can’t make the decision to take a chance on someone because there’s something about the candidate that feels right. So many times I’ve taken a chance on someone who hadn’t fit the bill and it’s paid off massively. No one wants their kids’ future to be determined by a large language model. It’s a step in the wrong direction and I’ll be candid in saying I do not support this.
@vibedonkey@vibedonkey I hear you. Those people you took a chance on are exactly who we want to help you find. We learn what you saw in them and turn those signals into rules the agent can look for, so more candidates with that same potential get brought to your attention, even when they don’t tick the usual boxes.
We skip the whole criteria matching thing, and look deeper into the criteria of the recruiter (You) and what they look for
Your judgment shapes what it looks for, and you still decide who deserves that chance. We can’t promise nobody will ever be missed, but finding that hidden talent is the goal.
