@karilv Hello, thanks for the feedback! This is a very good question, because all this time we have been focusing on the problems of teachers, not students. Right now, it is difficult for a student to benefit from the platform on his own unless his teacher uses it. A student can also find an interesting lesson, contact its creator through the platform and ask for some training directly. In the future, we are thinking of adding more opportunities for self-paced learning.

Great job, Kostya! Can you tell a little bit more about how you work with teachers' community (not the community marketplace)? Is it some kind of a really big chat or communication is generally done one on one? Really cool how you scale it.
@niketas Hello! Thanks for support. The question is great. Growing a community in its early stages requires remarkable effort on the part of our co-founder Kate and her team of community managers. We communicate with teachers and content creators personally, conduct masterminds and webinars, maintain our accounts on social networks and several group chats in instant messengers. We conducted UX interviews several times, and also constantly listen to feedback from active users, respond to requests and thanks to this we find new ways of growing and supporting the community. We also partner with content producers who can publish their educational materials with us, so they bring their audience to the platform.

Recognising that crafting prompts may be a novel and challenging skill for many teachers, we have taken care of this task on their behalf. Quick question: you mentioned student progress tracking via link, but do you maybe have (or plant to have) some advanced analytics for teachers? Like monthly reports on how my lessons performed, or student reports that I can skim through to see how my group is progressing? Kudos to the entire team! Great work!

In general, the platform is currently focused only on language training, although we do not rule out that this could go much further—users will be able to create lessons in math, programming, and soft skills. Or something else. Each teacher on the platform has a different number of students, from a few to dozens, depending on his workload and activity.
