honestly looks solid for a small biz chatbot, but one thing that would really help is letting it send a quick text follow up to new leads after the chat ends. like capturing the info is great but if it could automatically text them a friendly confirmation or a link to reschedule, that would save so much back and forth. currently there's still that gap between the chat and actually booking
