AirKaren is the AI that fights customer service for you, completely for free. Tell Karen what went wrong with your flight, and she cites the regulation, files your claim, and chases down what you're owed. Karen will call customer support hotlines, send emails, and fill out forms so you never have to again. We're starting with airlines and expanding to other industries in the coming weeks.

A very cool service! During COVID, I spent dozens of hours trying to get refunds for canceled flights. It was an absolute nightmare.
By the way, here's an idea for future development: you could integrate with users' email accounts so the system automatically extracts flight bookings, tracks scheduled departure times as well as delays, and proactively suggests filing a compensation claim when eligible. I think this could work especially well in the EU.
@natalia_iankovych Thanks Natalia! That is most definitely on our roadmap :) Stay tuned!
What a great idea, I absolutely love this! Since you asked about which industry to tackle next: food delivery apps would be huge. Fighting with their customer service over missing items or cold food is always a nightmare. Having Karen handle that and secure a refund or a free meal credit would be amazing!
@srdjan_pajic Thanks Srdijan! Absolutely on the roadmap – Doordash customer support and I have serious beef :)
Very cool. There's soooo many Ai launches now, but this one stands out a bit to me. It's a great idea, and the name is really good once you realize what it does, and clickable before you know. This has a lot of potential. I like how it's multi functional assessing, researching, making phone calls, sending emails. The site is also so super lean with no info, it doesn't really need anything else but I wonder if that will hurt conversions a bit, i bet you get a lot anyways but maybe its a small invisible friction point? Anyways best of luck to you all.
@kepteasy Thanks Justin! Yes, that's really good feedback for us – appreciate the suggestion & support
Finally something that might actually get me a refund without spending two hours on hold. Loved that Karen cited the actual regulation back to me, felt like she knew the playbook better than the airline agents.
@ikratekmen32688 That means so much to us! This is exactly why we built Karen. Airlines (and big corporations in general) bank on consumers both not having the knowledge and the bandwidth to cite the actual rules. Glad she held her own!
Congrats @max_beyer @emile_labrador !! "Companies built the process assuming you'll give up" is such an honest read on how this whole thing works, the sunk cost of a claim usually beats the payout, and they know it.
@vaishnavi_goel Thanks Vaishnavi! Appreciate the support
Just had a Delta J class flight with a non working outlet for 9 hours, so couldnt use my laptop for extended periods of time. Giving it a go, lets see what happens!
@kn0wn Thanks Paul! Please reach out with any further questions, we'd be happy to get this resolved for you
I am so looking forward to using this on my next flight, as a frequent traveller.
