I built AIMS after seeing a real business (a medical spa) struggle with missed calls, double-booked appointments, and hours lost on manual admin work every week. AIMS answers the phone with a natural-sounding AI voice assistant, books/reschedules/cancels appointments in real time, and everything syncs instantly to a dashboard for managing customers, records, invoicing, and a loyalty points system.
