Hey everyone! π
It's hard to make good product decisions if you don't understand your margins and cost levers. I built this after seeing too many AI pricing discussions based on guesswork.
Once I started modeling the numbers, I realized how quickly AI unit economics can break down.
A few questions I wanted to answer:
1. What happens if 10% of users consume 10Γ more than average?
2. How much does caching actually save?
3. When does a flat subscription stop being profitable?
So I built a free calculator that lets you model costs across GPT, Claude, Gemini, and other leading models. No signup, everything runs in your browser.
Would love to hear what others are discovering about their margins

π‘ Bright idea
A scenario mode where I could plug in hypothetical AI token cost drops and see how the break-even seat price shifts over the next couple of years would make this much more useful for planning ahead.

The "when seat-based pricing breaks" angle is genuinely useful, most calculators don't even address that. I plugged in a few numbers and the breakdown on agent loop costs was way more eye-opening than I expected.

@sebahatyoldarΒ Thank you for trying it! Curious what other calculators have you tried?
