What they usually get is just another chatbot. It can reply. It can sound smart. It might even look good in a demo. But most of the time, it doesn’t really understand the business, it doesn’t guide users well, and it doesn’t help teams move toward anything meaningful. That gap is what pushed me to build AgenticRelay. The idea is simple: Businesses should be able to create one AI agent, give it their knowledge, define how it should behave, and deploy it where customers already are. That’s why AgenticRelay starts with the website. You can use your docs, FAQs, and knowledge base to create an agent that gives visitors contextual answers, helps them move faster, and feels much closer to a real assistant than a basic chat widget. For me, this launch is about more than putting out another AI product. It’s about building something I genuinely believe businesses need: not just AI that talks, but AI that can become useful, trusted, and operational. We’re starting with the web, but the bigger vision is to help businesses build one real agent layer that can grow across tools, workflows, and channels over time.
