Your Claude Code and Codex agents, as a live team call

Agent Standup turns the Claude Code, Codex, Mistral Vibe and Cowork sessions on your computer into a live video call. The lead hands out work; sub-agents join, talk and share their screen: task list, test runs, diffs, the browser they drive, live command output. See at a glance who is working, stuck or waiting for you, and which agent spends the tokens. It only reads local session files: no extra tokens, nothing sent. Free, MIT, in VS Code, any terminal or as a desktop app.

Hi Product Hunt! I'm Arthur, and I make Agent Standup on my own.
Like a lot of you, I run several coding agents at once, each with its own sub-agents, and my day turned into the same three questions on a loop: is it done? Is it stuck? Is it waiting for me? So I gave my agents what any team has: a standup call.
Every session becomes a live video call. The lead hands out work, sub-agents join, share their screen (task list, test runs and which test failed, diffs, the browser they drive, live command output) and report back out loud. One glance tells you who is working, who is stuck or going in circles, who waits on whom, and who needs you. When nobody needs you, you can go back to your own code.
The fun part: Agent Standup is built by Claude Code agents, and I watch them build it in Agent Standup. There's even a mockumentary about them, where Ken swears the tests passed, then shares the screen:
Also in there:
• Tokens per agent, to spot the expensive sub-agent
• Replays with a recap, plus clips and videos to share
• Voices that run on your machine, in English, French, Spanish or Portuguese
• Claude Code, Codex, Mistral Vibe and Cowork, in VS Code, Cursor, any terminal or a desktop app
It only reads the session files these tools already write: no extra tokens, nothing sent anywhere. Free and MIT licensed.
Try it in 30 seconds with no install (one npx command, on agent-standup.com), then ⚙ → Source → Demo.
I'd love to hear what you'd want your agents' call to show next!
