Hey Product Hunt! I’m Alex, the maker of ADHD Progress Hub.
I built this because I kept running into the same problem myself: I’d start something in Cursor or another environment, move onto something else, and then come back days later trying to reconstruct what I had already done and what I was supposed to do next.
I was initially inspired by the open-source claude-adhd project, but I wanted to explore the idea beyond a single AI tool. Progress Hub became a self-hosted, tool-agnostic place for unfinished work, with MCP support so Cursor, Codex, Claude Code and other agents can check existing work, pick up context and save progress.
The part I care about most is the simple question: “Where was I, and what’s the next small step?”
It’s free and open source today. I’m also exploring where this idea could go next, particularly a more personal mobile experience alongside the developer and DevOps workflows.
I’d especially love feedback on whether you’d find this kind of continuity useful outside of coding too.
