I lost one of my best friends that I had in this application we fall in love with each other he is in France and he has a bad illeness. We were talking everyday by video call morning and night he was planning to come and meet me. But my account was disabled by mistake and after 13 hours of wait my account was back and my best friend deleted his account because he tought I abondonned him. I asked the team to give me only his email but they refused. I thought we will be always talking on Ablo thats why I didnt even think about taking the number or email. Ablo its all your fault when you disable peoples account without being sure. How can I cantact my friend now ????????

@lokatib Sorry to hear this happened, that sucks 😞I can assure you the team is doing everything they can to keep Ablo safe for everyone. In some very rare cases, accidental blocking can happen, glad to hear you got your account back. We can't however share any personal data from other profiles.

@lokatib @bregt would be possible that an account is disabled for the mean time Will be back for good.? Ablo is really great but it suddenly decides to cut off connections. I really think his account was disabled. I'm looking forward for your reply.

@ammar_yaser That can happen sometimes :) Luckily we added the ability to unblock people - go to your profile, tap the gear icon and go to your "Profile and account" settings; you should find a list of blocked people there you can unblock. Safe travels!

tried to enjoy but men were unmatching at the moment before talking even one word. always finding my nationality (so i have to talk my language?) i cant even add a friend or smth. had a lot of crush dumps. in the middle of conversation, the program failed somehow (maybe becasuse of my phone) and i lost the guy because its impossible to add a friend without paying. I've tried to match someone who is speaking russian and never had that chance. For choosing i also have to pay? The app has a really good potential but i prefer to see some ads rather than this much-bordered, point-missed app

Pros:

animations finding the matches too fast

Cons:

mostly found from my country, from my language. forcing to pay (really too much) crush dumps

You can now add friends and the crash rate has improved enormously. Also, as we've grown a lot lately, more and more people from all over the world have joined. You should now definitely be able to find someone not from your own nationality 🌏👋

@bregt hello Sir. I was blocked a few days ago. Ablo sent me a message saying I sent a vulgar word. This is really weird and not truthful because I never use such language even in conversations. Why is it that I/we can’t even know how or where it happened? How can we appeal? I really love your app making friends all over the world. You should be blocking people who go to your app for other reasons aside from making friends or learning a new language. Hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you.

Recently I have installed this app. And experience was good except an amount of 'hi's and hiless byes! But I had some good friends and used to have great interactions at times. Week ago, I have sent an invitation of another social media app to all of my friends in ablo! But since then I am kind of blocked from account, I am getting no messages and I am not being connected with anyone in go live option! Now, I do not know! I liked this app and I still want to use it! But I am blocked and contacting the ablo crews I got no feedback. Any solution here? My experience until being blocked was as good as a 5 rating for the app though.

@ragas_yor @bregt Hello, this is the first time I stated my concern I'm in love with the app so much but I was surprised that My good friends in that app are nowhere to be seen is their anything like search engine that would in able the user to locate the person from his username and mainland it would be of a great help since maybe it's a glitch on the system. Potentially within our lifetime, language barriers won't exist. But cultural differences are more challenging to translate. How do you think about this, @bregt? We can translate word for word to another language but sometimes the cultural context and meaning gets missing.

Ablo is a nice app. I've used it for almost 6 months now. And after this experience, I hope my review will help someone. Pros - Easy to use -The traveling UI is nice and fun(You know that screen that says 'Hold your seat, we are flying to Kenya) - The policy is awesome, no racism, no flirting(not no, but you can flirt if both of you are flirty, hope you can understand) - The translation algorithm is awesome, but I think they're improving it every day Cons -Until of late, they introduced this coin thing, here is how it works, if you are a male, when you fly, you'll mostly find other males, as in, you'll meet people of the same gender as you. So you need to buy coins to overcome this thing. Who is ready to buy coins. - Their documentation is not well written, like for now, I don't know if I've been blocked by a user or it was a glitch. if this was the case, don't laugh at me😂😂, as in the conversation was good, she even sent a friend request and I instantly accepted it, then the next day, boom, the user cannot be found. But since she was from Israel, I thought maybe the government shut me down. But then I think, The girl just blocked me😂😂 - People don't use Ablo for long, after some time, they get tired of it. On my side, you cannot do the same thing over and over again, it becomes boring and not unless you ask a friend for his/her Instagram username, chances are that your text will be replied after a month or two or never Recommendation Dear Ablo, instead of using the coin thing to generate income, why can't you come up with a new method. Like, say I'm traveling to Kenya, people or businesses in Kenya can post ads for that tourist and all the good things about Kenya. Another thing, you have to agree that Ablo users don't use the platform for a long time. It like they use it once in a while. So think of a way to make the users spend more time on your platform, just like facebook. In my experience, I downloaded Ablo when I was bored and after a few weeks I uninstalled it, but later installed it when I got bored again, so how can we make Ablo an app not for the boring time only but any other mood To crown it all, nice App, I've really loved it. But that coin thing, please think of something Else, Ad maybe. Then where can I find a username to add on this review so that other people can find me on Ablo?
