Hi all, I'm Ruta, co-founder of Wisry. We go live on Product Hunt this Friday (Sep 11, 12:01 AM PT).
Quick version of what we built: you give Wisry your store URL, and AI agents scan the Meta and TikTok ad libraries for the ads already winning in your market, rebuild them as static and video ads in your brand, and launch them to Meta, TikTok and Google. Research to live campaign in minutes, not weeks.
Before Friday I'd love to hear from anyone who runs ecommerce ads: what's the part of the creative process that still costs you the most time or money? Briefing, waiting on creators, testing hooks, rebuilding after an ad fatigues?
I am not trying to sound too cynical, but is "cloning" here just, well, unashamingly stealing other people's work? It makes sense to research your competitors and see what works and what doesn't – that's part of marketing. But framing it as "cloning" is a bit on the nose, don't you think?
@maciej_baron Not cynical, it's the right question, and the word is doing us no favours here.
What gets reused is the format: the hook type, the pacing, where the proof sits, how it closes. Nothing else crosses over. No footage, no copy, no product shots, no brand assets. The output is your product, your script, your footage or avatar. Formats aren't anyone's property, and marketers have kept swipe files of them for decades. We just made that step fast and showed the sources.
Where I'd push back a little: "research your competitors and see what works" is exactly what the research step is. Cloning is what happens after, when you take the format and build your own ad on it.
On the naming, fair. "Clone" is the word people search for, which is why it's on the page. If you've got a better one, I'm genuinely open.
Does the system adjust the creative when the original winning ad targets a very different customer segment?
Congratulations on the launch @ruta_jaskunaite But how does Wisry avoid recreating something close enough to trigger a copyright or trademark flag from Meta or Google, especially on video ads with recognizable footage or music?
@sidraarifali Thanks Sidra! Honestly, that's up to the brand, and the tool works both ways.
If it's your own ad and you want variations, you can keep it very close: same footage, same look, and just swap the hooks or the text. That's the fastest way to fight creative fatigue.
If it's someone else's ad, you tell the agent to adapt it to your product, and it regenerates everything: the footage, the characters, the music, the script. What stays is the structure (hook, pacing, proof, close), which isn't something copyright or trademark covers. You can also tell it explicitly to steer away from the original's music or style if you want more distance.
So the platforms have nothing to match against, because nothing from the source is in the file. Have you run into flags on generated video before? Curious what tripped it.
How much does "cloning" actually modify versus copying, in order for it to retain its originality without copyright infringement issues?
BTW, Congratulations @ruta_jaskunaite @kasrav & team @Wisry 🚀✌️
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m a co-founder of Wisry. I spent years on the other side of this problem, watching good ecommerce teams burn budget guessing at ad creative and eventually got annoyed enough to build the thing that fixes it.
The problem
Every ecommerce team runs the same loop: brief a creative, wait a week, launch the ad, watch it flop. Rework the hook, relaunch, burn more budget. By the time something finally sticks, the trend has moved on.
What kept bugging me is that the winning ad usually already exists. It’s running in your market right now, and a competitor is paying to prove it works. That’s a research problem, not a creativity problem, but everyone keeps solving it with more creativity.
⚡ What we built
Wisry is an autonomous execution layer for paid ads. You give it your store, and its AI agents run what we call a Campaign Run:
- Competitor Intel: reverse-engineers the ads already winning in your market
- Research-based angles: hooks and messages, each with the evidence behind it
- Static and video ads: cloned from what works, rebuilt in your brand
- Ship: launched to Meta, TikTok and Google, optimized for ROAS
The part that matters: the agents don’t just draft. They decide, build, and launch. You approve - they ship.
🎯 Who it’s for
DTC and ecommerce brands, and the growth/performance marketers who own ROAS.
▶️ See it work
We're brand new, so don't take my word for it. The 60-second walkthrough opens on a finished cloned ad, so you can judge the output before you judge us: https://youtu.be/OZn2Z7KxX3E?si=...

💸Pricing
One plan, currently $99/month, cancel anytime. If you’d rather test before committing, you pick a trial window upfront 2, 4, or 8 weeks at 35%, 50% or 55% off, and it goes back to $99/month after. → TRY NOW
🙏 What I'm hoping for today
Honest feedback, not upvotes. If you run ecommerce ads, tell me where this would break for your niche, or the one thing that would make it a no-brainer for your stack. That's the input that shapes what we build next.
The whole team is in the thread today, @alireza_ghods1 @kazzv @m_mahini, our engineering, product, and growth leads, so throw us the hard questions.
I’m here all day. You can also reach me at ruta@wisry.ai.
And a huge thanks to @jonnotie for hunting us, and to the Product Hunt team and community for having us. 👇
minimalist phone: reduce your screentime
This could expand to other platforms (Pinterest, YouTube, X, Reddit etc.) and can imagine a huge library users can benefit from. Definitely would make the product more competitive. Love the idea!
@busmark_w_nika Thanks Nika! Meta and TikTok first because that's where our ecommerce customers spend most of their budget, and both have public ad libraries we can read at scale. YouTube and Pinterest are the obvious next ones. Which platform would you want first?
minimalist phone: reduce your screentime
@ruta_jaskunaite I think that Google (YouTube) ads make sense from the perspective of the revenue (Meta + Google) paying the most for most big companies. But when it comes to creativity and visuals, definitely ads from Pinterest and Insta :)
@busmark_w_nika Makes sense. Instagram we already cover, since it's all in the Meta ad library. Pinterest is a good shout for the visual side, especially for static formats. Noted for the roadmap, thanks Nika.

cloning winning ads works great for top of funnel testing but my biggest concern is ending up with creatives that look identical to every other dropshipping brand in my niche.
@sansa_grey Fair concern, and honestly the reason we built it the way we did.
Wisry doesn't copy the visuals. It reads the structure of the ad that's working: the hook, the pacing, where the proof lands, how it closes. Then it rebuilds that around your product, your footage or avatar, your palette, your script. Two brands cloning the same source ad end up with two different ads that share a skeleton.
The other thing is the research citation. You see which ads it drew from, so if everyone in your niche is running the same format, you can pick a different source, or have it fan out hook variants instead.
Where I'd agree with you: if your product and offer are the same as every other dropshipper's, no creative tool fixes that. What ad are you running now? Happy to run one through and show you what comes out.
