Hey Everyone 👋 I'm excited (and a little nervous) to finally share WinProposal with you. The idea came from watching freelancer friends burn entire evenings writing proposals on Upwork and Freelancer.com, then getting zero replies. One of them told me he'd sent 40 proposals in a week and heard back from two. The time-to-reward math just doesn't work for most freelancers, and it's one of the biggest reasons people quit freelancing before they ever build momentum. I wanted to fix the slowest, most soul-draining part of the process: writing each proposal from scratch, tailoring it to the job, and still sounding like a human instead of a template. So we built WinProposal. You paste a job description, and it writes a complete proposal using your profile, your tone, and your past winning proposals. Under 1 minute, every time. The thing that surprised us during testing was how much the "learn from your wins" feature mattered. Freelancers kept telling us the AI started sounding more like them the more they used it, not less. That changed how we thought about the product. The "learn from your wins" feature is the part that matters. Template tools are everywhere, but something that picks up on what actually worked is different.

Are you tracking proposal-to-hire conversion by gig type? That data alone could shift which jobs freelancers bother bidding on.

I build PayShield (late-payment tools for freelancers) so I see the other half of this. 47-day average wait to get paid in design. Winning the gig is step one, collecting the money is its own fight.

@jorge_damian_diaz_morejon Appreciate that, the wins feature is the part of the product I care about most. Template tools plateau fast because they don't adapt. Learning from what actually worked is the whole game.

Conversion by gig type isn't live yet but you just made a strong case for it. A "WordPress fix" bid and a "full-stack SaaS" bid almost certainly have different win rates, and surfacing that could genuinely change which jobs freelancers waste time on. Adding to the roadmap.

47 days to get paid is wild. Winning the gig and getting paid really are two separate problems. Going to check out PayShield.
