Congrats on the launch! Just curious about the helper app. Why is it needed and is there a reason it isn't available on the Play Store? Security is a big concern for me when downloading apps from outside the Play Store.

@simontunaitis Hi Simon, thanks for your question! We would have preferred to develop everything in one app, but Google Play does not allow apps to use the functionality to automatically record all conversations as soon as you receive a call to use the functionality we need. The helper app only uses the Accessibility API, and you only give permission for this. Other apps in the play store do not work automatically or use Twilio to record conversations via a third party, but this is very expensive for users and developers.
