Containment rate (the share of conversations the bot handles without a human) is the default AI support metric. We think it rewards the wrong thing. A bot can contain a conversation by never letting the customer reach a person.
With customers, we track the outcome instead: was the payment made, the policy renewed, the meeting booked, the issue resolved? One real estate customer cut outreach costs by about 70% and finished a month of calls in under a tenth of the time. That's a number a CFO cares about. Containment isn't.
Hey Product Hunt 👋 Ajay here, founder of UnleashX.
UnleashX is an AI workforce platform for enterprises.
Hire from 15 pre-built AI employees, or build your own. They take on real work across 100+ systems, and every exception has a human owner.
🕵️ Try it here: tryunleashx.com
🙋 Why we built it: at Zimyo, the HR-tech company I co-founded (where I also worked with Pawan and Ruchika), I saw the same pattern again and again. More leads meant more follow-ups, more customers meant more conversations, more growth meant more manual work. Businesses kept adding people and tools instead of solving the complexity.
So we asked: what if a business could scale without adding more manual work?
📞 A real example: Bajaj Capital uses UnleashX AI employees for insurance lead follow-ups, policy renewal reminders and premium reminders. That's 10M+ calls in 4 months, work that would otherwise be teams dialing from lists.
🪄 How it works:
Hire a pre-built AI employee, or build your own.
Connect it to your systems and set your playbook and rules.
Put it to work, and track every outcome, with a human owner for every exception.

💬 One ask: what's the first job you'd hand to an AI employee? We'll reply to every comment today.
📩 Questions or want to see it on your use case? connect@unleashx.ai
@kadyan_ajay This sounds interesting which task do you think businesses should hand over to their first AI enployee?
@shivam_kushwaha16 I’d start with anything that is repetitive, high-volume task that has clear outcomes, like lead qualification or customer support follow-ups.
It’s a practical way to see the impact quickly without overhauling existing workflows. Once businesses build trust, they can gradually hand over more complex responsibilities to their AI workforce.
What business are you into? What are some tasks that are repetitive for you?
@kadyan_ajay are these mostly trained for tech jobs? or I can hire/train HR/accountant roles as well?
@nitesh_tripathi Not at all, Nitesh! UnleashX isn't limited to tech roles. You can build and train AI employees for functions like HR, finance, accounting, sales, and customer support as well. The idea is to configure them around the role, workflows, and business rules you need. Think of it as building an AI workforce across the organisation, not just the tech team.
@nitesh_tripathi this for customer facing roles
@kadyan_ajay interesting concept. But how much human supervision is actually needed once these AI employees are deployed ?
@dipanshu_kushwaha5 Good question, Dipanshu. It depends on the complexity and risk of the workflow. Once deployed, AI employees can handle routine tasks independently, while human oversight comes in through defined escalation rules, exception handling, and ongoing quality monitoring. The goal is to reduce constant supervision without removing human control where it matters. What kind of workflow are you considering?
@kadyan_ajay I like that every exception is routed back to a human to look at. That would make teams place their trust to the ai hires.
@vipul_kumar1280 Absolutely, Vipul! That's a big part of building trust.
@kadyan_ajay Many congratulations Ajay, Ruchika and Nysa. :)
How I met the makers:
I’ve known the UnleashX team for almost two years, and it’s been great to watch their journey.
I recently met Ajay in Mumbai, and what stood out was how clear and grounded their vision is, not just for this launch, but for the verticals they want to expand into and the kinds of customers they are already serving. Having followed their journey for so long, I’m genuinely excited to see this finally out on Product Hunt.
What is UnleashX:
UnleashX is an AI workforce platform that lets businesses hire AI employees, connect them to their existing tools, define the rules, and hand over real operational work.
Rather than being just another automation tool, it executes workflows end to end across systems, while keeping humans involved for exceptions and judgment calls. That combination of autonomy, integrations, and human oversight is what makes it feel practical for real businesses rather than just impressive in a demo.
Why I endorse UnleashX:
I’m endorsing UnleashX because I believe it can help SMBs automate the repetitive, high-volume work that often holds them back from follow-ups and reminders to customer support and lead qualification.
The team has already been working with impressive customers, and this release makes that capability much more accessible.
If you’re looking to use AI to automate professional workflows and want a product that actually works beyond the demo, UnleashX is definitely worth trying.
P.S. Shoutout to @shrey_khandelwal1 for great work on the visual elements of the launch. :)
@shrey_khandelwal1 @rohanrecommends
Thank you so much, this honestly made our whole team smile 🙏
Two years is a long time and you’ve seen us through a lot of versions of UnleashX that never made it this far.
@kadyan_ajay still talks about that Mumbai meet-up, it was one of those conversations that reminded us. why we’re building this in the first place. And you got it exactly right. We didn’t want to build something that only looks good in a demo. We wanted something businesses can trust with real work every single day.
@shrey_khandelwal1, the visuals are 🔥, thank you!
Really grateful! Now back to answering comments 😄
@rohanrecommends @kadyan_ajay It was a pleasure Rohan! Really glad I got to be a small part of this journey. Excited to see where you guys take it from here. :)
@shrey_khandelwal1 @rohanrecommends Rohan, thank you so much for this! It genuinely means a lot coming from someone who's been following our journey for so long. It's been a long road getting here, and having people like you believe in what we're building makes it even more special. Really appreciate you taking the time to share our story and support the launch. Looking forward to everything ahead! 😊
@shrey_khandelwal1 Appreciate all the help for the graphics, great job!!
lead qualification for us. half the inbound we get at the agency is people who just want a price for "an app like uber" 😅 how does it decide when to pass something to a human vs just guess
@eldarmiensutov The "app like Uber" brief definitely needs a few more questions before a quote! 😄 That's exactly where lead qualification helps. The agent can assess budget, timeline, requirements, and project feasibility through follow-up questions. If something is unclear or needs human judgment, it escalates rather than guessing. Your team gets to focus on leads with real potential.
https://unleashx.ai/workforce/ — These are readily available AI workers we can hire immediately.
1. Can we train them further for our business needs?
2. Would it be possible to create a new one from the scratch?
@vijayanandkailash Absolutely, Vijayanand!
Yes, you can customise and train the available AI employees further to align with your business requirements, workflows, knowledge base, and rules.
Yes, you can also build a completely new AI employee from scratch for a role or workflow specific to your business.
The idea is to give you both a head start with ready-to-deploy roles and the flexibility to build exactly what your business needs. Is there a particular AI employee you're considering creating?
@kadyan_ajay Yes. More on the GTM side.
Content Marketer
Demand-gen Specialist
are immediate priorities. Let me explore the platform in sometime. Would there any solution engineers on your end who can help us to get started for these two initially?
@vijayanandkailash Absolutely, Vijayanand!
Our solution engineering team can help you get started with both roles and configure them around your GTM workflows.
Once you've had a chance to explore the platform - unleashx.ai , ping me here on Product Hunt. I'll connect you with the right team member to take this forward.
@kadyan_ajay Wow. It seems you already have the flow.
@vijayanandkailash
You can customise any pre-built AI employee by defining your ICP, SOPs, rulebooks, business-specific instructions, and workflows, along with connecting your preferred tools and systems. Also, if you have a completely new use case or need a specialised AI employee built from scratch, you can connect with our team for a custom build tailored to your business requirements.
UnleashX gives you the flexibility to hire, customise, or build AI employees around the way your business works.
👋 Hey PH, Pawan here, co-founder and CTO. I lead the tech behind the AI workforce.
🛠️ A few notes up front:
Each employee runs a recall → decide → act loop, so it acts in your real systems instead of just replying
Every exception has a human owner, and employees escalate instead of bluffing
SOC 2 and ISO 27001
100+ integrations, plus automated evaluations before anything goes live
Ask me anything about guardrails, hallucinations, data handling or the architecture. I'll answer honestly, including where we're still improving.
pawan@unleashx.ai
Does UnleashX work well with the tools teams are already using?
@dylan_russell Absolutely, Dylan! UnleashX supports 100+ integrations, so AI employees can work alongside the tools teams already use, including CRMs, communication platforms, and business systems. The goal is to fit into existing workflows rather than make teams change their entire tech stack. Is there a specific tool you're looking to connect?
@dylan_russell Yes it works with more than 100+ tools
@dylan_russell
Exactly, UnleashX connects with 100+ CRMs, communication platforms, and business tools, enabling AI employees to access existing systems, trigger workflows, update records, and execute tasks across your tech stack without disrupting the way your teams already work.
What would an AI employee have to prove before you’d trust it to work without constant supervision? Would love to hear your thoughts @kadyan_ajay @ruchika_yadav4 @pawan_dalal1
@ruchika_yadav4 @pawan_dalal1 @reema_arora For me, it comes down to consistency, transparency, and accountability. An AI employee should get tasks right, know when it's unsure, and bring in a human when needed.
Trust isn't about never making mistakes; it's about handling them well.
What would be the first thing you'd want an AI employee to prove before trusting it?
@kadyan_ajay @pawan_dalal1 @reema_arora Building on Ajay's point, I think trust also comes from how naturally an AI employee fits into the way a team works. It should understand the task, adapt to changes, and make the experience simple for the people working with it.
What would make you comfortable handing over an entire process to AI?
As a copywriter, I analyse landing pages and do rewriting. Is there an AI team member that is an expert copywriter that can give me the initial draft of an analysis of a landing page, making suggestions and fixes based on certain rules that I have defined? Or is this a custom workflow that I can set for myself?
@divya_kothari1 Absolutely, Divya! You can do this with UnleashX. You can configure a custom AI employee as a copywriting specialist, give it your landing page evaluation framework, tone of voice, guidelines, and rewriting rules, and have it analyse pages and generate improvement suggestions and initial drafts. You don't have to be limited to pre-built roles. You can build the workflow around exactly how you work. Would love to see what you create with it!
