I noticed a clear gap between what students were learning and what the industry actually expected from them. Many learners spend years studying theory, yet struggle when it comes to executing real-world tasks. The problem I wanted to solve was simple: bridge the disconnect between academic knowledge and practical, job-ready skills. My goal was to create a platform where learners could gain hands-on experience directly from industry professionals, not just instructors reading from textbooks. By doing this, I wanted to help people get employed faster. Initially, I focused only on delivering course content. Over time, it became clear that students needed support on portfolio building, feedback from working professionals, job assistance, and interview preparation. So the transition from “teaching skills” to “building careers.” The process taught me that upskilling isn’t just about what you learn; it’s about who teaches you, how you practice, and the support you receive afterward. This shaped the final product: a practical, industry-driven learning ecosystem designed to produce real results.
