@kyrylosilin Thank you for asking these important question. So for first question. It looks for patterns in what your customers are saying, picking out common themes, sentiment, and specific areas where you might improve. For instance, it can tell you if customers frequently mention loving your customer service or if there are repeated suggestions for a feature you don't have yet. This way, you get a clear picture of what's working and what might need some tweaking. and yes you can customize wall of love.

Congrats on your PH launch. You have amazing pricing for the product :) I saw that the testimonials you show on the pricing page are placeholders at the moment though. One of the things I've found having worked at multiple SaaS companies is that soliciting testimonials is hard because it requires a person to take time out from their work day and think about something smart to write. One of the ways that testimonify could combat this is to use gAI to ask the user to click some buttons on what they like about the product (support, features, pricing, etc.) and generate a short testimonial automatically that they can review, edit and approve. Another option is to add a gift card reward on successful submission of a testimonial.
