@shihab_muhammed Nice little product. What does it take to move ahead of surveys and help achieve what Type form does but with conversational interface like yours? Is that something we can see from your product soon? (or does it already do that?)

I dug through the website but didn't get a lot of actionable info - is most of it behind the subscriber wall? It would be helpful to have less cartoons/drawings and more product screenshots, particularly since you are marketing yourself as a major change in format for surveys. Are the chat surveys via text message, or is it a website that looks like a chat? And can the company jump in mid-survey and do a real chat with customers, or do we wait until the survey is completed and receive the results like other platforms? This has potential to be an awesome product, just need more info before the subscriber wall to entice people to check it out!

@pavlos1944 SurveySparrow is built for feedback collection and research. Intercom is built for customer support. I think both can complement each other. definitely, surveysparrow is not an alternative to Intercom. But SurveySparrow can be used instead of SurveyMonkey or Typeform or Qualtrics
