@koushik_marka2 Ha, the 11pm buyer. I think people want a human, and it drops off fast once they figure out it's a bot. But if they'd otherwise wait days for an answer, the bot wins. Something they can actually talk to at 11pm sits right in that gap.
Great product concept! Services like this are still barely used in Japan, so please offer it in Japanese too!
@koushik_marka2 @hisashispace 11 PM in Japan, that's usually when business is ramping up in North America. I feel the same being bsaed in Korea.
We actually launched our Supademo website in Japan in Japanese. I believe AI Demo Agents can be a great addition to SaaS businesses in Japan.
Hi Supademo team! I'm curious what safeguards you have in place to keep the bot from becoming a free AI chat bot, e.g. "help me with my computer science homework by showing me how to reverse a linked list" sort of things. Also, do you have way to collect end-user feedback from the session so the company that is using Supademo can make adjustments? You probably already have this. I've only seen the images of Supademo hosted here in Product Hunt.

The 50+ languages part is interesting — does it handle the whole demo in the user’s language too? Congrats on the launch though!
@suryansh_tiwari2 Absolutely, the whole demo session can be in whatever language the user prefers. And you can also easily switch mid convo. Interactive demos that get surfaced also get localized.
@supademo_joe Congrats on the launch! The part where it actually shows up the right demo while answering you is pretty damn useful. Otherwise it’s just another chatbot talking about your product.
Congrats on the launch! Seeing which questions the agent couldn't answer sounds useful in its own right. I'd want to use those to decide what to add to the demo next.
