1. Our AI also captures signals related to price-points or budgets. If users try to evade or give vague response, purchase Intent will be scored lower
2. Purchase Intent will be contextual for industries, but we have observed Engagement tone and vernacular language, commitment to timelines and engaging rather than evasive signals are more predictive
3. Technical products often have long sales cycle with multiple engagement channels. For such products, a centralized AI Brain across channels empowers users to continue their purchase research as per their convenience. This is how leads engage with Human Sales agents as well
