Akash Sahani
Hey everyone 👋 I’m thrilled to finally share Sort Feed with you! I built this extension after getting frustrated with existing Instagram tools — they showed analytics but none of them let you bulk download posts and reels easily. I wanted something simple that could help creators and marketers not just analyze, but also save and organize their content efficiently. So, I built Sort Feed — a privacy-first Chrome extension that lets you sort, analyze, and bulk download Instagram posts & reels with one click. Here’s what makes it different 👇 • 📊 Smart analytics: Sort by likes, views, comments, or engagement rate • 📥 Bulk downloads: Download multiple posts or reels instantly • 🧠 Local processing: All analytics are handled securely on your device I’m most proud of how smooth it feels — no logins, no limits, just fast insights and downloads right inside your browser. Would love your thoughts and feedback on how we can make Sort Feed even better. Thanks for checking it out ❤️ — Akash

Unable to use, garbled code is exported

Akash Sahani

@kai_leslie1 Thanks for the heads-up, Kai! Just to clarify — are you seeing garbled output when exporting the CSV, or is the issue happening after opening the file in a specific app? The export should be in clean CSV format, but encoding or viewer settings can sometimes cause display issues. If you can share a bit more context, I’d love to help troubleshoot and improve the experience.

Congrats Akash 🎉 Love the privacy-first, no login flow, plus real bulk downloads with metrics, captions, and hashtags. Smart sorting by likes, views, comments, or engagement rate is super useful. Any chance of saved presets or CSV export for quick audits?

Akash Sahani

@alexcloudstar Thanks so much, Alex! 🎉 CSV exports are already supported for quick audits and deeper analysis. Saved presets are definitely on our roadmap — we’re exploring ways to make sorting and exporting even faster with reusable filters and layout preferences. Appreciate you highlighting that need ❤️

Congrats on launching Sort Feed, Akash! The privacy-first, local processing approach is a really strong angle compared to many social media tools. Was building it that way a major technical challenge? Looks great.
