Congratulations on launching Badge! It’s great to see a solution for real-time music stats. How does Badge ensure that the data visualization is not only appealing but also effectively highlights users' unique listening trends throughout the year?

Hey @ica_lestari ! I'm not sure what you mean by "Badge"...
SnapMyFive uses Spotify's API, which is the main—and only—data provider. To answer your question: I don't have control over the data processing; it's all handled by Spotify. The value I add lies in how I present it and make the interaction between users and their data easier.

This is great. The only thing missing for me would be a "year to date" option to only see my stats so far this year.
TimeFly Dev
Justin! That would be super nice. Adding a custom date range is definitely something I’d like to implement, but since the data is provided by Spotify API and the only options are short, medium or long term (4w, 6m, 1y) those are the only time ranges I can work with for now. That said, I’m planning to include some graphs and shareable PNGs to make the most of the data Spotify provides and enrich the overall experience.
Really appreciate your comment @justintieu

@cognzar3 Looking forward to that update in the future. Unfortunate to hear that Spotify API is very restrictive with time range.

@divyansh_tiwari7 love your support ☺️ thank you!
Cooooool!! No need to wait till December to flex my music taste? Bookmarking this for sure!
TimeFly Dev
@carriee That's my main motivation. Time to flex now 😎
Super clean and minimal — perfect for music geeks like me! Quickly made its way into my bookmarks.
Just wondering: could there be an option to show total listening time (hours/minutes) for each track?
I’ve downloaded my account data from Spotify as a JSON file, and that info is in there — would be awesome if it could be integrated!
TimeFly Dev
@webgard Thanks a lot, I really appreciate your comment!
I hadn’t thought about implementing JSON importing to display all-time data—mainly because I didn’t even know you could download that info haha.
I’ll definitely take a look and see if it’s viable. It might be something most users wouldn’t know how to use, but it’d be cool to at least give the option to display all-time data (I’d personally use it for sure)
@cognzar3 🤝
