Especially in a world where connecting data streams has become more critical, this kind of platform has to be built. I had some feedback questions: - Let's say I am a VC fund, and we track finance data, marketing campaigns, sales processes, and HR data of multiple start-ups and scale up at once; does your platform have the necessary backend not to slow down? - How are you planning to get an ROI on all the different functionalities when most established companies would only replace one of their platforms? - How do you plan to compete with Hubspot (Freemium), Salesforce (30days trial), and Zapier (14 days trial)? - Who is your ideal customer? - How do you increase the WOW factor when users start to use your platform? Here are some responses. - Our platform is very robust, we spend a lot of time on the infrastructure to make it production ready, we could have launched this time last year - but focused on getting the infrastructure production ready first. - Our target market is small to medium sized enterprises. Their pain points already is trying to work with multiple platforms and applications, the problem that presents is: (1) scattered data across apps, even continents with different data management rules, (2) high cost of paying for 5 products and (3) the complexity of trying to sync your data - hence platforms like Zapier are gaining so much traction, its becoming a business just to integrate data between applications. We are creating a place where all that is done in the background and businesses can just focus on day-to-day not administration and piecing apps together. - Our competition is really all-in-one platforms like Zoho, because the offer everything integrated in one place too. There is a segment in the market that appreciated that simplicity and convenience. We odder a 14 day free trial also on Skhokho where one can try out all the features with no strings attached. - The wow factor is always a challenge, especially with these types of products. We invested a lot of energy in creating a very user-friendly interface, we put all the colours in, illustrations and created a product that would be a joy to use. We also invested a lot on documentation and videos - every part of our application is covered by docs and how to videos --- so we are giving it all to users, to make life easier. And of course we are always adding new features (guilty - some will says, its not a good strategy) - but we really want to build a one-stop-shop for a business, so upcoming features include: (1) WhatsApp interface (2) Social media management
