What can we do for newbie and struggling entrepreneurs?

Hi, we are developing a platform targeted towards newbie and struggling entrepreneurs. We are trying to simplify the initial stage of customer development (get you from a bunch of assumptions to an actual customer-focused solution). We are creating a platform to tackle to following: The complexities of identifying if the problem you are trying to solve is really a problem, who your target audience is, who your competitors (their pros/cons), if you are tackling a problem that urgently needs to be solved, etc. Is the solution you want to develop, feasible (capital, skillset & time), do your target customers like it, are they willing to pay for it, can you maintain it and still be profitable. If you feel the above are pain points for you, would you consider chatting with us about your prior and current experiences are with coming up with a business idea or attempt with starting a business?

How do you deal with loneliness?

I work from home all the time. The biggest disadvantage of working remotely is live communication. I think the main thing for those who work remotely is to find their hobby and join some community. Probably loneliness in work pushed me to create Remotely. What do you think about it and how do you deal with loneliness?

What do you hate the most about meetings?

I am deep diving into the core problems of meetings to find the best angle to attack them, and would like your perspective on that! Also, some related questions I ve had in my head for a while now: - How do you capture key moments (e.g. decisions made or next actions) during the meeting? If it s note-taking, what do you use? - Do you share a report after the meeting and if so, how do you share it? - Do you use a dedicated tool (e.g. Jira, Todoist, whatever ) to track next actions? As a PM in my current company, I take notes of most meetings myself, then consolidate minutes of meetings and share on Slack/Notion. Pretty burdensome, and the next actions end up kind of buried in my notes Never a good way to hold people accountable Thanks a lot
