  • Pros:

Looked good with some powerful functionality

    Cons:

Misleading and deceptive with pricing. Now fighting for a refund. Email campaign tool didn't work.

    1. Misleading Upgrade - forced to upgrade to as I hit the template limit. Upgrade popup doesn't disclose any information on what I am upgrading too. Unfortunately I assume it would be to a monthly subscription. I receive an email with an invoice for $1188 stating "This is only an invoice, no payment is due". I dig around and find you have charged me!!!

    2. Platform insecure - I was locked out for a day as google deemed the platform insecure. I tried resetting my password. No email received. Next day platform works again. Not giving me anymore confidence.

3.Playbooks fail - I persist as I actually think this could be a useful tool. I build out a playbook. Reconnect my Google mail account as it had error'd. Turn on playbook. Been running for 3 days. Not one email is sent.

    4. Customer service - your help desk is unhelpful and disrespectful. The rep failed to resolve any issue or even address my shock in being billed unfairly. He writes back to say, I didn't turn the playbook on even though it was and then turns on a playbook I didn't even want to run. I don't even know if the playbook is set up right. He didn't look into the problem. Just sent a screenshot showing he turned the playbook on. WTF! The playbook remains on and not one email has been sent!
