Pros:

Fantastic tool for Sales outreach and follow-up. Simple to understand. Seamless UI. Very affordable.

Cons:

Do away with Documents feature. Doesn't help with cold sales outreach #personalopinion

Great tool for Marketers, Sales personnel and Growth Hackers. My fellow ICO token marketer friends are loving it.

Pros:

They have wonderfully designed an email productivity tool. All lead cracking features in single pack.

Cons:

A few more features require and it is going to become CRM itself. I doubt it's con or pro.

The product just didn't work reliably. The tracking was accurate when it worked, but he dashboard does not give information in a usable format. The product worked about 80% of the time on my laptop, but never worked on my desktop. My desktop is where I do most of my work. I tried for six months working with tech support. I was under a 1 year contract, so I tired to work through it. Finally I asked for a refund and all contact with the company stopped at that point.

If you use the broadcast, template function, be VERY careful!!! THe security of your password is BAD. It is kept in clear text, and anyone at the company can see it, not to mention if a hacker gets into their poorly secured servers, they will have your password.

Support can't get the product working where I need it to work. The management dashboard is horrible. Security of your passwords & account are VERY, VERY bad!

Pros:

It doesn't work any more & no refund!

Cons:

Too many to mention. Bad dashboard, doesn't track accurately, doesn't r run with Outlook
