What do you think? …

Axel Fagerbakke
Hey Product Hunt 👋 We built Rolodex because most tools for managing professional relationships are built for sales — CRMs, pipelines, dollar signs. But what about the other relationships? The mentors, collaborators, former colleagues, alumni, and strategic contacts that might not bring revenue today — but could unlock doors tomorrow? That’s the real power of your network — and that’s what Rolodex is built for. We’ve spent the last year working with everyone from startup founders, VCs, consultants to political teams to make Rolodex simple, collaborative, and powerful. We’re excited (and a little nervous!) to share it with you today. We’d love your support, feedback, and questions. Thanks for checking it out! 🙏

@axel_fagerbakke this looks very handy. I'm tired of google sheets for this particular purpose :D congrats on the launch!

Axel Fagerbakke
@nastassia_k Thank you!🙏 The fact that so many still use spreadsheets to manage relationships in 2025 is part of why we built this Product
Ben Costantini

Love how you wrote "Met at Web Summit" ;)

Just created an account to test it out. How do you compare yourself with other XRMs like Folk or Attio?

Axel Fagerbakke

@bencostantini Thanks for giving it a spin!

Folk and Attio are great next-gen CRMs. Rolodex is a bit different — we’re not trying to replace your CRM. Instead, we help teams consolidate their entire network (email, calendar, LinkedIn, past colleagues) into one shared place and make it visual with tools like Map View, Org Charts, and Boards.

It’s less about managing a pipeline, more about seeing “who do we already know?” and unlocking warm paths together.

Interesting idea. Isn't it something like the internal RocketReach website?

Axel Fagerbakke

@busmark_w_nika Good question! Rocketreach is great for finding and enriching external contacts. Rolodex is focused inward — helping teams map and consolidate the relationships they already have across email, calendar, LinkedIn, and past colleagues.

So instead of “who can we find out there?”, Rolodex is about “who do we already know, and how can we leverage those connections together?”

Nika

@axel_fagerbakke Got you! TY for clarification :)

Loving the direction. Combining team-wide contact history, LinkedIn sync, map view, and task notes in one CRM is smart. If execution is solid, this could really change how teams manage relationships.

Van de Vouchy

Congrats! What happened if users’ contacts do not actively engage or contribute content regularly within the platform?

Axel Fagerbakke
@vouchy Thanks! 🙌 Rolodex doesn’t rely on people being active in the app — it automatically pulls from email, calendar, LinkedIn, and team connections. Your network stays up to date without anyone needing to contribute content manually.
