The marriage of breathing exercises and immersive music is our focus. In each session, a guided breath count provides an anchor, allowing you to smoothly connect with symphonic music and psycho-acoustic resonances that enhance our ability to relax, focus, and sleep. Why? It’s simply how we’re wired. The human response to music is instinctual. It influences our mood and energy while helping us feel more connected to the world around us. Just as breathing does, and by fusing breathwork with sound, the effectiveness flourishes, resulting in this musical meditation tool for shaping a healthier, happier you.

I love the idea of using science-backed techniques to improve focus and reduce stress. This product seems like a great way to incorporate those techniques into your daily life.

Do any of you lovely folk here know ways to improve user engagement with app store reviews? We currently have an auto pop up at the end of a played session + a review app button. We get a low amount of reviews despite having consistent downloads everyday. Could users be missing the auto pop up? Any advice here would be much appreciated.

@christopher_hewitt I can’t believe there’s no free trial! I’m aware you can click the “explore” button and try some of the sessions, but are you going to introduce a trial anytime soon?
Christopher Hewitt
@umberto_abbatantuono Yes we're looking into that right now. A few folk have asked for it. We were hoping the free Timer and 5-6 free sessions would be enough.
