Hi! It looks really impressive and I love the idea. I get that there is a lot that you get out of it, but many people looking for a job might be fresh out of uni and lowww on money.
With that in mind, it does feel like the price point is very steep. I understand that the 1:1 coaching is a lot of work, but maybe it is possible to make it more modular, so also include a very basic package that would be more suitable for starters and doesn't include all the 1:1 support?

You’re absolutely right. Early-career folks are often budget-constrained. Right now, a lot is bundled together, but we’re actively working on making Outtalent more modular, including a more affordable entry-level option without 1:1 support.

Environment over curriculum is the right bet. Most prep programs dump content on you, but the actual unlock is practicing with people who catch your blind spots in real time. Curious how Outtalent structures the peer matching... whether it's by target company, experience level, or prep stage.
