Okfeedback is feedback widgets and survey form provider where users can create and customize the widget and survey forms and embed it in their website.
Hey Hunters! Beleted Happy New Year🎉
I'm excited to launch my first-ever Product OkFeedback – a feedback management platform designed to revolutionize how product teams engage with user insights.
🌐 How I Discovered This Product:
As a product manager and developer, I used to find it so frustrating how hard it was to gather user feedback in a structured, actionable way during development cycles. Switching between multiple tools and still having blindspots in understanding our users was draining product velocity.
So I decided to build a solution focused solely on feedback management, OkFeedback was born!
💡 Key Features:
Bugspot Widget: Dive deep into development with screenshot and screen recording capabilities.
Rating Widget: Gather user sentiments with Emoji, Stars, or Like/Dislike options. Perfect for any flow or blog feedback.
Survey Forms: Conduct customizable surveys effortlessly. Embed in your website or share the form link for diverse feedback.
With easy-to-customize widgets like BugSpot for reporting issues or Rating for quick reactions, OkFeedback places the feedback channels product teams need directly where users already are. Whether it's your onboarding flows or help docs, embed intuitive feedback touch points site-wide.
What's been most rewarding is seeing the clicks light up on our granular feedback monitoring dashboard. Product teams now have the insights they need to start each sprint. And for our users - well, we're listening more closely than ever!
I'd love to hear from fellow product builders on what's working or not working for gathering user insights today across your web and mobile experiences. Give OkFeedback's widgets a shot and let me know your feedback (see what I did there?)

Congrats on your launch! I have been tuned in to your launch for a while and it's good to see the acclaim it's getting. I too found it to be very useful. I'll provide some feedback as per your team's checklist:
1. UX: It's so simple to go from a simple survey form to a detailed one with complex fields. I think you were on point here.
2. Widget customization is quick and easy. I would prefer to have some more field labels during form creation to understand which fields are going to be created. I know it's obvious which fields show what on the form, but if the widget creator gets a little more complex you might tend to get lost. Is it also not possible to delete widgets?
3. Effectiveness: Very, and that's why I was interested in your launch. I like that there's an option to provide a separate link for the form.
4. No comments on pricing!
Everything looks great 👍🏼
@sambit_bhaumik thank you so much sambit! this is the review I was waiting for. yes its the basic version. once the idea is validated I will make widget customisation so easy that it will be remembered for its ease
but really thanks sambit
Hey Sarvpriy, this is a super neat product - congratulation on the launch! The widget's interface looks simple and promising; as we grow bigger I think we will definitely need a plugin like this to prompt more user feedbacks!
Congratulations, @sarvpriy_arya on the successful launch! The tool looks fantastic and promises to be a game-changer, simplifying tasks and significantly boosting productivity. Well done!
@sarvpriy_arya big congratulation on the launch - this looks like neat survey / bug fixing tool that even a no-code individual like myself could get behind.
