myAIcademy
Hey Product Hunt 🎉
I’m Malika, founder and CEO of myAIcademy, a personalised, continuously updated AI learning platform built around your role, goals and the tools you actually use.
You learn a real workflow, practise it in a safe simulation and use it to finish real work. We’re live on iOS, Android and web.
⭐ The founding story
I’ve spent my career at the intersection of AI, enterprise adoption and education.
At Google Cloud, I was a Generative AI Black Belt, helping large enterprises adopt AI. Before that, I worked in Microsoft’s cloud business.
I also serve as adjunct faculty at Georgetown University, Washington, DC, and have worked with more than 10,000 professionals and leadership teams.
I kept seeing the same problem: companies bought AI licences, told people to “just use AI” and left them with generic courses, prompt libraries and trial and error.
The gap is not access. It is adoption.
AI learning also accumulates content debt: tools change weekly, so courses quickly become inaccurate. AI learning must be maintained like software.
So we built myAIcademy.
⭐ Using myAIcademy is simple
Tell us your role, experience, goals and tools. We build your personalised learning path.
Learn one complete workflow through a 15-minute follow-along lesson.
Practise it in a safe simulator before applying it to live work.
⭐ Who myAIcademy is for
Individual professionals use myAIcademy to understand how AI applies to their role, discover relevant use cases and learn practical workflows for completing real work.
Teams and enterprises use myAIcademy to turn their AI investments into adoption, so every department knows how to apply approved AI tools to its work.
For AI vendors and software companies, myAIcademy will serve as a training and adoption layer, helping customers onboard, apply the product to real work, discover relevant use cases and keep up with new capabilities.
⭐ Here’s everything you get today
A personalised learning path based on your role, level, goals and tools.
15-minute follow-along lessons built around real workflows.
Safe simulator checkpoints instead of passive quizzes.
Lessons reviewed and refreshed within 24 to 72 hours when major tool changes affect them.
Monthly masterclasses, Signals explaining AI updates and a shareable Skill Passport.
One synced account across iOS, Android and web.
⭐ What’s next
Coming soon, Aimy, your AI learning agent, will guide you inside the AI tools your organisation has approved.
Tell Aimy what you need to accomplish and it will translate your task into clear prompts, steps and actions for you to follow, while applying your organisation’s security, privacy and compliance policies. You stay in control, complete the work yourself and get more value from AI without stepping outside policy.
⭐ A final note
Our dream is to make “just use AI” feel like an invitation, not a burden.
In five years, not understanding AI will be as limiting as not understanding the internet. We want every professional to become fluent in AI, and fluency should mean finished work, not certificates.
Tell me your role and one task you want AI to do. I’ll personally reply with the workflow, tool and first prompt I would try.
Try myAIcademy for free on the web app, download it on iOS, or get it on Android. No credit card is required.
I’m grateful to be building this with @ash_96 (Ashfaq, design), @angothu_rahul_naik (Rahul, founding engineer), Ruchit (engineering) and the myAIcademy team.
PS: Thank you to the 10,000+ professionals who worked with me before the app, and to our early users across iOS, Android and web. We would not be here without you.

@ash_96 @angothu_rahul_naik @malika_malik1 Keeping lessons updated within 72 hours when model or UI changes drop is tough to pull off at scale.
myAIcademy
@ash_96 @angothu_rahul_naik @kshitij_mishra4 Thank you so much. It is difficult, and that is one of the core problems we built myAIcademy to solve. Our system continuously monitors changes to models, features and interfaces, identifies the lessons affected and refreshes them within 72 hours. A learner should never open a tool and discover that what they were taught no longer matches the product in front of them.
@ash_96 @angothu_rahul_naik @malika_malik1 glad it’s focused on completing a real task rather than just watching an hour-long video on theory... congrats
myAIcademy
@ash_96 @angothu_rahul_naik @priya_kushwaha1 Thank you! That is exactly what we set out to solve. Every lesson is short, practical and built around a real professional task, with prompts learners can copy, adapt and apply to their own work. Each lesson is followed by a checkpoint where they practise independently and receive feedback. Learners can access everything on the web or through our iOS and Android apps, then complement their self-paced learning by attending our live weekend masterclasses.

@ash_96 @angothu_rahul_naik @malika_malik1 Wow, congrats with the launch , sounds good !
Does myAIcademy cover every field, or are there specific lessons dedicated to different fields?
myAIcademy
@adana
Thank you so much!
We currently cover 24 professional personas, with dedicated lessons built around the workflows, use cases and tools most relevant to each one. These include lawyers, doctors, forward-deployed engineers, marketers, creative professionals and teachers.
We are continuing to add more professions and role-specific learning paths over the coming weeks.

@ash_96 Great! And what about management? Does it already exist, or is it planned for an upcoming release?
@ash_96 @angothu_rahul_naik @malika_malik1 keeping lessons updated is crucial with AI tools change swiftly, this could makes a changes compared the courses that becomes outdated after few days.

I tried it out and it looks amazing, and potentially is something that I would love to use, but one thing left me confused - career path part of onboarding. How would the product deal with the mixed career-paths, e.g. I am a teacher, but also a founder?
myAIcademy
What happens after someone finishes a lesson? That's usually where the hard part starts for me.
myAIcademy
@daniel_carter19 We do not treat lesson completion as proof of learning. After each lesson, the learner completes a checkpoint in our simulator, where they reproduce the workflow independently and receive feedback on how to improve. They can then apply the same prompts and process to their own work, supported by our live weekend masterclasses. Soon, Aimy, our AI learning agent, will work alongside learners inside their tools, either guiding them step by step or executing the task with them.
do you offer learnings paths as opposed to just learn by app?
myAIcademy
How do you handle someone whose role changes halfway through a learning path?
myAIcademy
@dylan_friddle12 Good question, it happens more than you'd think. If your role changes completely, you can retake the onboarding and we'll build you a fresh path for the new role, with anything you've already completed carried over. If it's more of a shift than a full switch, the Discover section lets you browse courses across every persona and tool, including new and featured ones, and you can add those to your path or tweak it yourself. Nothing locks you into the path you started with.
Can teams create different learning paths for different roles, like marketing, sales, and product?
I'm curious how this compares with just learning a workflow directly inside ChatGPT.
myAIcademy
@bouzadamanuel0934 Fair question. Asking ChatGPT gets you text: a list of steps based on what it knew at training time, with no way of knowing the tool's interface changed last week, so you're often following steps that no longer exist. Our lessons are follow-alongs with real, current screenshots of every screen, verified against the product as it is today, so you see exactly what to click rather than reading a description of it. And beyond any single workflow, we tell you which tools and skills actually matter for your profession and keep that path updated as things move, so you're always learning the latest without having to track it yourself.
