This project began after struggling to find an affordable, reliable and consistent stock market news API, and we believe we've built the best on the market (pardon the pun!). We've build this JSON API to support most major global stock exchanges and their stocks, ETFs, indices as well as cryptocurrencies and forex. Marketaux tracks over 200,000 entities from 5,000 news sources globally in 30+ languages and picks out specific highlights of news articles where the entities are mentioned. Using this highlight we are able to create a very concise analysis of how the entity is performing in terms of sentiment, as well as finding which entities are trending, all of which is available via market performance API endpoints which are available along with the news feed API endpoints.
