BrainCert
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I’m Yasin, Founder of BrainCert.
MailerLogic started as an internal email system for our LMS. Over time, we realized most tools focus only on sending emails, but not on why emails fail.
The real problems we faced were:
👉 Why are emails going to spam?
👉 Why is domain reputation dropping?
👉 Why is deliverability inconsistent?
So we built MailerLogic as a full email infrastructure platform, not just a sending service.
It combines an ESP like SendGrid, Mailgun, and Postmark, a flexible email-first CRM, and built-in deliverability diagnostics all in one place.
🔍 Instead of fixing issues after sending, MailerLogic helps you:
Analyze health score, engagement score, and deliverability test score
Run risk assessment and content quality checks
Monitor domain reputation in real time
Manage contacts, segments, tags, and custom properties through API
Build automations and marketing funnels directly into your workflows
💡 Who it’s for:
SaaS platforms sending transactional and bulk emails
Developers building email workflows and integrating email infrastructure via API
Marketers running campaigns who care about inbox placement
Teams that need a fully API-driven CRM with contacts, segments, tags, and custom properties
Businesses building automations and marketing funnels directly into their workflows
SaaS platforms looking to embed white-label email delivery into their product with full control over domains, branding, and deliverability
Start free and test campaigns, automations, and deliverability tools right away.

Thanks for checking it out 🙏
curious about the "deliverability intelligence" feature - does this analyze content before sending to predict inbox vs spam folder? we've had issues with healthcare notification emails getting flagged, especially appointment reminders with PHI-adjacent content.
BrainCert
@piotr_pasierbek - Great question, and yes, that’s exactly what we focus on.
Before any email goes out, MailerLogic runs it through a multi-layer deliverability intelligence engine. This includes content analysis, phishing keyword detection, link/domain reputation checks, and known spam pattern evaluation.
Instead of just a generic score, we provide a pre-send deliverability report via API that breaks down why something may land in spam — so you can fix issues before sending, not after. This is part of our presend intelligence layer:

For healthcare use cases, you’re spot on and it’s often specific keyword combinations + URL patterns that trigger filters. We surface exactly which signals are causing risk, so you can adjust content with clarity instead of guesswork.
We also support things like List-Unsubscribe headers and stream separation, which further help with inbox placement for recurring notifications.
Everything is designed to plug into your workflow via API, so you can catch deliverability issues early before they impact real users.
Happy to dive deeper if you want to test a sample 👍
the stream separation caught my eye. finally someone gets that transactional emails (password resets, confirmations) need different reputation management than marketing blasts. how granular can you get with the separation?
BrainCert
@piotreksedzik - exactly, that’s the core idea behind MailerLogic.
We separate transactional and marketing into independent streams with dedicated IP routing, so each stream maintains its own reputation. You can define streams like transactional, broadcast, or shared, and route them directly via API or SMTP headers.
Each stream is optimized differently - transactional for max reliability (OTP, resets), broadcast for high-volume campaigns and mixing them is intentionally avoided to protect deliverability.
More details here in the API doc if you’re curious:

Have been working with the team and using this product for a possible new saas idea. Has been working splendidly and has been helping me get my problematic emails up to date and to use

@gereth_borg Thanks so much Gary. I really appreciate the support and glad to hear it’s been working well for your use case 🙌
minimalist phone: creating folders
is it only me, or the logo should remind Marlboro cigarettes? :D

@busmark_w_nika I went to the comments to write the same. Haha!
@busmark_w_nika I really appreciate your comment, I don’t feel bad anymore that it’s only me
BrainCert
@busmark_w_nika 😄 Haha, now that you mention it, I can’t unsee it!
We were going for a clean “envelope + signal” look, but appreciate the sharp eyes.
Would love your thoughts on MailerLogic itself!
