Hi! We're thrilled to share LEP, a new kind of knowledge-base for discovering, organizing, and sharing economic research about policies that can help build the next economy.
Today, economic knowledge — especially about ideas that have remained outside the mainstream, like basic income, land value tax, and codetermination — is scattered across dense academic texts, trapped in PDFs, and locked behind paywalls. LEP offers a platform that consolidates the scattered landscape of empirical research and makes it accessible to all.
Our searchable network of insights, together with our comprehensive policy reports, makes it easy to learn about powerful economic ideas, or discover research to use towards your own ends.
We're passionate about debating what the next economic system might look like, but we're also nerds about information architecture, and LEP's search features reflect that. From bidirectional links that create associative trails between the network of information, to advanced search filters that let you mix & match policies with specific areas of interest to hone in on precise relationships between information (try selecting a policy, like "basic income," and a tag, like "inequality," and scrolling through all the insights related to those two filters), we hope you'll find the Library useful.

financial literacy is a very important subject. however, most of the schooling systems don't really bother to teach or even introduce to their students. this app might fill the gap. just shared with my tutor friend. thanks for making n sharing 👍
