Hi, I'm Oshan. My main threads of interest are emancipatory social science and consciousness studies — I'm drawn to questions around how the worlds we build structure the experiences we behold, and how each can serve as an avenue towards enriching the other. A few projects I'm working on: I cofounded the Library of Economic Possibility, where we focus on advancing public knowledge around economic policies to build a better economy. I host the Musing Mind Podcast, where I speak with folks at the intersection of emancipatory social science and consciousness studies, tracing the ties between them. And these days, I'm a fellow with the Future Perfect team at Vox, writing about political economy, consciousness stuff, and richer varieties of progress.
