I was frustrated with existing finance tools - my stock trading app showed incorrect income charts, Firefly III didn't feel right, and Monarch wanted my credit card just for a trial. So I built Knete.lol over the New Year holidays to solve my own problem: combining stock investments and daily expenses in one unified view. After two holiday sprints, we have a working prototype that does exactly what I needed.
