Kernex

I’m the solo builder behind kernex. The idea came from repeatedly trying to add AI features to existing apps and realizing the hardest part wasn’t the model itself — it was safely and reliably connecting AI to real APIs. Every project ended up with a lot of fragile glue code just to make things work. Kernex is my attempt to simplify that. You connect an existing API (via OpenAPI), kernex turns it into an AI-capable layer, and you can plug it into a simple chatbot-style interface to enhance apps or internal tools with real actions and data. This is an early MVP — opinionated, rough around the edges, and very much shaped by feedback. I’m mainly looking to learn whether this actually solves a real problem and where it falls short.
