@akshay_k_hireid love that you focused on making resumes actually relevant and not just pretty! curious about the ATS friendly part, does the AI analyze the job description and optimize for specific ATS parsing rules or does it mainly focus on keyword matching?
@lilhadi Thanks, Haider. We are not trying to go too deep into ATS complexity from the user side.
But yes, Hire ID is being built with ATS standard practices in mind, so it is not ignoring those rules at all. The idea is to help users create resumes that stay clean, relevant, and ATS friendly without making the process complicated for them.
There are a lot of AI resume tools now. How are you helping people actually stand out rather than just generating something that looks similar to everyone else?

Behind the scenes, Hire ID does not treat resume building like a one click output. We separate content, structure, and layout so users can tailor each part for the role, improve the writing with AI, and still keep full editing control.
That helps the resume feel more relevant and personal, not generic.

Congrats you launching!! Updating resumes for every single job posting is honestly one of the most exhausting parts of job hunting. The fact that Hire ID actually tailors the content to the job description (not just formatting) is what sets it apart for me. When the AI rewrites your experience section, can you control how much it changes or does it fully rewrite everything?

When the AI suggests updates, you’re always in control - you can edit, adjust, or keep as much of your original content as you like. It helps refine and tailor, but nothing changes unless you choose to. Really appreciate the thoughtful question and support!

Expectations can differ by region - for example, some markets prefer concise one-page resumes, while others value more detailed experience, or emphasize different sections. We’re continuing to improve guidance so users can better tailor resumes based on role, industry, and geography.
