You sign up as an organisation; 2. Add your product(s) 3. Share the link with your customers (or link them from your product to hellonext) When a customer requests a feature/gives feedback, you get notified (simple). You change the status of the feedback, and the customer gets updated about it; 😍 For users: 1. You have one account for all the products that are living on hellonext; 2. You can provide feedback to the products you use or wish to use (sometimes, you would be like, "Hey, if you guys have this feature built, I would buy it") 3.
