Phare provides a nice and clean UI, actually the best that I have seen for a monitoring tool so fare. But you got many more features, like a status page with custom domain, own alert rules and alerting from different regions. The pricing was always a problem, as it was too expensive. But they made some adjustments, and for 5 bugs per month, it is a no-brainer to start with a solid monitoring infrastructure.

We have searched for a solution to collect and manage features requests from our customers, but also deliver changelogs to them. Since we use Clickup and Intercom internally, we have searched for a tool that also integrates with these. Turns out: featueOS has not also all of these features but is also a tool what we and also our customers love to use. Moreover, the support is great with a fast response rate and really qualified answerers. What you should also not forget: The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.
